Where it comes from: Green tea is tea made with only the leaves of a special plant native to Asia, the Camellia sinensis. Thank so much for checking out my site and of course I will send you some recipes. Sorry for the delay, we were traveling. I understand your predicament more than you realize. My suggestion would be to first come to terms with the food isn't going to taste the same as the food you are used to eating and you actually may not love it the first few times. The taste of the food is just different. You may really like a dish or two but eating it all the time may not excite you at first. The reality is that your taste-buds and your cravings have to re-adjust. We had huge cravings for sugar, butter, and lard!!! The advantage that we had (since we have very little will power) is that we couldn't just go buy it and it was very very expensive. Please let me know if you have any questions. I am more than happy to help.
