Many experts agree that green tea is one of the healthiest drinks in the world. Researchers at the Karolinksa Institute in Sweden have also shown that at a cellular level caffeine has some of the same positive effects on DNA and muscle as exercise but they warn: In order to get the same kind of effect we saw in the cells, you would have to drink 50 cups of coffee a day." Recent research found that some people are genetically predisposed to react to caffeine differently so tea or coffee may not give us all the same metabolic boost.
