Now for the experience! The regime is tough! The diet and constant exercise schedule is certainly not for the faint-hearted. Many struggled with the extremely low daily calorific values and lack of variety with a raw vegan diet. The chef was imaginative with such a small variety of allowable ingredients. At day 6 we were rewarded finally with half a boiled egg and I'd never realized how good it could taste. The 4-6 mile daily walks were punishing and fast paced but varied and through the most amazing countryside, although there wasn't much time to appreciate it as everyone was pushed hard. I never realized just how many injuries I could get but still be able to carry on regardless.
