Hamad Medical Corporation's (HMC) is urging the public to avoid extreme diets and fad weight loss programmes. It was uncomfortable at first, but savoring my food ultimately brought me a lot of joy and made me feel like my attitude towards food and eating was much healthier in an emotional sense. I wasn't pushing another area of self-care aside because I was too busy being a mom.
Successful weight loss surgery followed by weight loss causes a significant improvement in quality of life. A Spanish research study published in Science Daily in 2015 also found that the surgery improved mental health for patients. Improved quality of life and improved mental health are directly related.

The United States Federal Drug Agency (FDA)on that day issued an import alert warning custom agents to block all supplies of the drug crossing through the Mexican border into the United States. FDA's Dallas District claimed that health centers in Nuevo Laredo, Mexico were selling the dietary pill called Redotex, a supplement which contains stimulants and laxatives used to speed up normal body metabolism.
