Simply put, it's no easy task to lose 21 pounds in 21 days. There's a typical pattern that most people follow when they're losing weight. During the first couple of weeks, the pounds come off quickly because the body is shedding excess water in addition to breaking down fat. Once the extra water is gone, the rate of weight loss slows.
I still drink 2 cups of coffee per day and lots of water. I decided to do just this for two weeks with barely working out, although I walk a lot during the day and lift things a lot too. I use to be in construction and my body is built really strong, I have no issues with heavy weight lifting, but I don't do it often, not yet anyways. I can run 10 minutes at the hardest level on a treadmill and bike probably 25 minutes with some difficulty added. I know I'm strong but I have at least 20 pounds of fat in my stomach, and barely a pound on my legs or arms. My chest isn't perfect but almost to the right size. My butt has some blubber on it, but I think it wont be a problem to get it to the right size.
