Yes, this means that you will be fasting 24 hours every day for a whole week. Just remember, you will be burning fat, not muscle.

This means lifting really heavy things (strength training), or interval training. Such exercise increases levels of the sex hormone testosterone (primarily in men) as well as growth hormone.
